BracketHub.co.uk is part of the Product Hub Ltd group and complies with UK consumer law, which includes the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with us is safe. You won't have an issue, you'll get your order and we'll sort out any problems you have. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
The Distance Selling Regulations gives you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 7 days from receipt. Our returns policy allows 14 days.

BracketHub conforms to the Distance Selling Regulations, which protect the buyer when buying items over the internet. We are happy to accept items back for an exchange or refund if you've ordered the wrong item, the item is damaged upon receipt or you have just changed your mind.

You may not believe it but we do make mistakes on the odd occasion! If we have sent you an item which is different to what you have ordered we will be happy to exchange and pay the return postage costs.

• Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt

• Large items will be collected by us and small orders we will require you to dispatch; upon receipt will refund fully. When at the Post Office counter please request a proof of postage (free service). We can only refund the cost of 1st Class Royal Mail

If you would like your return processed quickly, you can choose Fast Track Return. Choosing this option you place a new order for the replacement item, we charge and send the order as normal. Then within 14 days simply return the unwanted item for a refund.

• You will be charged in full for the replacement goods when they are sent
• The ‘Fast Track Return' can only be applied to new items for exchange and does not apply to damaged or faulty items
• The unwanted item must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• Goods to be in its original packaging
• We will refund your card upon receipt of the returned item
