BracketHub.co.uk is part of the Product Hub Ltd group and complies with UK consumer law, which includes the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with us is safe. You won't have an issue, you'll get your order and we'll sort out any problems you have. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
The Distance Selling Regulations gives you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 7 days from receipt. Our returns policy allows 14 days.

We accept most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you reach checkout. We check these details before dispatch and you may be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect.
For offline orders we accept Postal Orders, Personal Cheques, Bank Drafts and cash if you are dropping in to pick up your order.

We also accept payment by PayPal, which is a quick and secure way of paying. If you don't have a PayPal account and would like to find out more details go to Paypal                                                                            

We take online security extremely seriously and make sure your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.

Brackethub uses secure servers with all online card purchases where information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer, which is the industry standard encryption technology. SSL works with Microsoft Internet Explorer and all other browsers.

When your order is processed your encrypted credit card number is removed from the web server.

This means that there is no way that someone can obtain your credit card number from Brackethub so you can order with confidence.                                                                                                                         

We at Brackethub are continually updating our stock levels. Items that are 'Out Of Stock' will be displayed as such. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product marked 'In Stock', we will contact you. An option will be offered of an alternative or a refund if you so wish.

We are dedicated to protecting your privacy. When you make an online order, we require your name, email, credit card billing address, delivery address and credit/debit card details. This allows us to process and dispatch your order and to inform you about your order status. We only use these details for processing your order. We do not pass any of your details on to third parties for profit or otherwise.                                                                                                   

We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell. We aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn't correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website that turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product as long as it is unused.
